We are looking for a competent digital designer who is friendly with digital market. It will be very cool and very difficult.

• CHECKLIST FOR THE CANDIDATE:

  1. Create visual design concepts and digital design assets that are progressive and aesthetically pleasing.
  2. Work with external clients to understand their website and digital needs.
  3. Be the brand champion internally, creating and maintaining the brand style guide.
  4. Create assets for website and digital marketing purposes such as social media, digital media, landing pages, banner ads, eDMs etc.
  5. You will take projects from concept through to launch with a contemporary design aesthetic.
  6. Responsive design working to browser standards and limitations.
  7. Collaborate with developers to create digital solutions for both external clients and internal projects.
  8. Use the full Creative Adobe Suite, particularly Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• TASKS:

  You love using your creative energy to offer digital and graphic design solutions and get excited when your design work is used across web and digital initiatives.

  1. You have talents in some or all areas of design from web, branding, and social, with at least 3+ years of those in web and digital itself.
  2. While you started as a Graphic Designer your work now showcases a sway to digital and have a portfolio that shows the latest design trends.
  3. You are passionate about digital and online experiences, creating innovative websites that are elegant for the user.
  4. You love working at pace and with external and internal stakeholders, getting them excited about your designs.
  5. Agency-side experience will be highly regarded.
  6. Solid understanding of UX principles and the ‘why’ behind the design, with the ability to back design decisions while also being able to take candid feedback.
  7. You’re strong in the full Adobe Creative Suite.
